It is with great sadness that we mourn the untimely passing of our friend, Joel Olson, NAU Political Science Professor. Joel Olson was a strong advocate and defender of social justice and immigrant rights. Through his work and involvement in the community he was and will continue to be a loud voice for youth and the community.
A memorial service on the NAU campus is also being planned for Monday afternoon, April 9th. Details on the Monday memorial service will be announced once they are available.
